Joke Haafkens
Professor Joke Haafkens, Senior Staff Member at the Amsterdam Institute for Advanced Labor Studies (AIAS). Haafkens wrote her doctoral study on long-term benzodiazepine use among women, which became the book “Rituals of Silence,” 1997. She further engaged in national and international studies on social and work-related determinants of health. This interview took place on 11 April, in Amsterdam.
