David Herzberg
Professor David Herzberg is a Historian at the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, USA. His current research has to do with addictive pharmaceuticals and U.S. consumer cultures in the 20th century. He is the author of Happy Pills in America: From Miltown to Prozac (Johns Hopkins University Press, 2009). His new book White Market Drugs: Big Pharma and the Hidden History of Addiction in America has just been published in 2020 by the University of Chicago Press.
